Copyright is not included as standard.

Pre-pay services such as studio packages, promo shoots and wedding photography must all be paid in full prior to the shooting day.

Bookings cannot be confirmed until a suitable deposit is taken and in some cases paid in full.

Refund Policy

Now, we've never ever had even a slightly unhappy customer (read our reviews here.) BUT:

If you are not 100% happy with our services or products, we will not stop working until you are. If you are not happy with a physical product we have provided, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Distance selling regulations mean you have a 7 day 'cooling-off' period for anything bought online, we do of course honour this.
