We are a UK registered limited company and are covered by Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance as is required by law. Please ensure that any photographer you choose to employ is also covered! For your peace of mind, we can produce Enhanced CRB or Basic Disclosure certificates. We want you to be be reassured that you, your children and your property will be safe with us should you choose to use our services.

Privacy

We take privacy very seriously and comply with all sections of the Data Protection Act 1998 (including the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003).

We doe not use cookies to track non-member users. Any personal information that is volunteered to us is NEVER passed on to third parties - we hate spam and will assist in any way possible to reduce it.

Any communication with us including emails, letters, telephone calls or text messages will only be shared anonymously unless agreed otherwise. We encourage feedback through our Facebook page where genuine customers can leave a rating and feedback. We guarantee that all communications and ratings attributed to members of the public are real and genuine and not coerced or otherwise paid for.

Subscribing to our newsletter or any other part of the site or forum once implemented means that your name will be kept on a private distribution list. Subscriptions will be sent out using Blind Carbon Copy (BCC) method in order that every subscriber shall retain anonymity. This data is stored on encrypted media meaning that even if the hardware is stolen, the data will be completely unreadable to anybody but authorised company employees.

Any physical communication is scanned and encrypted and the paper version shredded and recycled as soon as possible except where legal requirements prevent us from doing so in which case these documents are archived in a safe offsite area.
